I cannot express enough how grateful and lucky I am to have found Richard this year. His enthusiasm for English literature is both deeply inspiring and highly motivating. The patience he repeatedly demonstrated together with his ability to explain things to me succinctly and clearly made even the most challenging areas of the final year in my degree exciting and fun. A great communicator when it comes to the practical things as well, Richard was always timely and flexible if I had questions or needed to change our tutoring times. The supportive encouragement I had from Richard this year combined with his outstanding teaching skills helped me improve my marks while also making the process of essay writing at university level not just easier to understand, but even a true joy to complete. I credit him with my interest in choosing Law at university, my on-going interest in literature, and most importantly, I credit him with my achieving full marks in one of my English A-Level exams.
